Due to the Argentina's import condition, we cannot accept any return of shoes back to Argentina.(* in Argentina, there is a difficulty to receive any parcel from outside, so that you cannot send the shoes back from your country, thank you for your generous understanding.) However, you have the right to return to Argentina only if:

You've recieved diferent products from what you've orderd to ANGELINA BUENOS AIRES or you've recieved a product that got damaged in transit.:


Angelina will send you the right product as soon as possible. The product must be returned within 10 working days from the date of the delivery acceptance written on the receipt of the Courier.


The returned products including shoes bag must be unmarked and in their original. Angelina will inform you where/how you can send the product back.


In case you are not satisfied for any reason, such as size fit, model, etc, Angelina cannot accept any returns of products shipped from Argentina.
